Are you looking for a full-time position this summer working at the frontiers of research in astronomy and astrophysics or telescope instrumentation? If so, we invite you to apply to the ASIAA Summer Student program, where you will have the opportunity to conduct research under the guidance of an ASIAA astronomer or physicist. Opportunity is open up to about 10 students with preference given to the junior level or higher, and who are majoring in physics, astronomy, chemistry, computer science or engineering. The successful candidate will work at the ASIAA for 2 months (July and August). The salary is NT$20,000 per month. Here is more details about the program.
A brief description of the research projects offered will be posted on project description by 11 April. We strongly encourage applicants to indicate on their application the project or projects of greatest interest to them. To apply, please fill out the online registration form before the deadline, upload your university academic record, and send recommendation letters (at your option, up to two) to the address below.

各項暑期研究計畫的簡介 會在四月十一日前於網站上公佈。一律採線上報名，申請者請於截止日期前提出申請。請依照線上申請表的說明，以英文填寫基本資料及連絡方式、研究興趣、期望和相關經歷、感興趣的研究計畫，並上傳成績單。如果可能的話，請預備推薦信(最多兩封)，由推薦者在截止日期前寄達本所。
