Ultra-low-phase-noise broadband tuning voltage-controlled transistor oscillators, the packaged circuit module, the phase-lock circuit module. The goal of this development project is to provide possible miniaturized low-thermal dissipation local oscillator source for the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array.
