The performance of wSMA 240 mixer
Top: The wSMA240 mixer chip. Three SIS junctions are connected in series for increasing the IF bandwidth. Bottom: The performance of wSMA240 mixer. The DSB noise receiver temperature of wSMA240 mixer is below 40K in the IF range of 4-18 GHz. This mixer fulfills the specification of wSMA 240GHz band receiver.
