SQUID chip for scanning SQUID system
Image of SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) chip with a 10 um direct-couple loop.
We develop this SQUID chip for a scanning SQUID system which can probe the magnetic field of the sample with high sensitivity. The spatial resolution is about few micrometers.
