Library Service
The ASIAA Library is an academically specialized library. Its main mission is to provide services for scientists of ASIAA, students working with them, and other AS colleagues who are interested in astronomy and astrophysics.
The library has a collection of around 1200 books. The library also subscribes to 17 e-journals and a electronic version conference series. covering a wide range of astronomy, astrophysics, microwave engineering, and other related fields.

Policy
- The book lending service is closed shelf. Other than our colleagues, all books must be borrowed through inter-library-loan.
- When the borrowing period for people in the AS, please return them on time. However, if no reservation is made, the loan must be renewed once.
- New books are given priority to borrowing by recommended purchasers.
Inter-Library Loans
The library is a member of the Nationwide Document Delivery Service, which also provides interlibrary loan services.
To use the inter-library loans for your research, you could apply for an account to access the Nationwide Document Delivery Service (NDDS). The ASIAA librarian also provides assistance to obtain materials from another library for our members. Please note that the cost of inter-library loans via NDDS vaies with the library.
