GLT custom instrument for Rx bias and CANbus control

This custom instrument integrates the ALMA FEMC (FrontEnd Monitor&Control) and various DC switching power supply together to drive the GLT receiver and enable to monitor critical component (SIS mixer, LNA, YIG LO) status through the CANbus interface.
