Research Interests

My research interests are mainly in microwave, millimeter-wave and submillimeter-wave circuit, components and systems for astronomical instrumentations. The technical areas involved are (1) the microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) design, cryogenic testing and the packaged module, (2) theory of nonlinear microwave circuits, (3) frequency synthesis, (4) receiver system design, integration and performance measurement, and (5) Submillimeter-wave and THz applications.
